Product Description

1. The pulley can be divided into driving pulley (head pulley) and thurnabout pulley (tail pulley), driving pulley is the main part for transmitting the power : smooth surface and rubber surface, and rubber surface can be classified into smooth rubber surface, herringbone rubber surface and diamond rubber surface to meet different technical requirements. Averting pulley can be classified into smooth rubber surface and smooth steel surface.
According to the structure style, the two type pulley can be divided into three light duty, medium duty and heavy duty.
All the pulley adopt integrated bearing housing which is lubricated and filled with grease and has two kinds: iron casting and steel casting, the shaft is made of 45#steel, the shell adopt weld assembly.
Based on the above design, the pulley is reasonably structured, convenient type selected, performance reliable, long life time.
Our pulleys are of stable structure, good performance and long operating life. They can work normally in dusty, wet and muddy environment.

Main Features

1) Solid design, suitable for heavy lifting.
2) The bearing housing and steel tube are assembled and welded with a concentric automatic.
3) Cutting of the steel tube and bearing is performed with the use of a digital auto device/machine/equipment.. 
4) The bearing end is constructed to ensure that the roller shaft and bearing can be firmly connected.
5) Fabrication of the roller is effected by an auto device and 100% tested for its concentricity. 

6) Roller and supporting components/materials are manufactured to DIN/ AFNOR/ FEM/ ASTM/ CEMA standard.
7) The casting is manufactured with highly composite, anti corrosive alloy.
8) The roller is lubricated and free from maintenance.
9) Woring life expectancy is up to 20,000 hours or more, depending on usage.
10)Labyrinth sealed which has withstood anti water, salt, snuff, sandstone and dust proof experiments
