Introduction	Belt conveyor may also be called adhesive tape conveyor, the conveyor is composed of driving device, frame, pulley, roller, tightening device, safety device, belt, etc. And the belt conveyor we manufacture has the excellent feature of great ability of transportation, simple structure, convenient maintenance, components standardization, etc. The belt conveyor can be used in mine, coal industry for transporting bulk materials or combined materials.
Application	Transport mined materials such as coal or ore from the extraction point (mining face) to storage areas or further processing locations within the mine. Provide a continuous and efficient transfer of materials, reducing the need for manual handling and increasing productivity. For example, they can move large volumes of coal at a steady rate, ensuring a smooth flow of the mining operation. Adapt to the underground environment by being able to navigate through tunnels, around corners, and along slopes. This flexibility allows for better utilization of the mine layout and connection of different mine sections.
Design	The design of underground Conveyor comprises various components such as pulleys, the belt, idlers, the drive system, and any necessary accessories or controls for operation. The material is first loaded onto the conveyor belt through the loading device. As the drive unit rotates the drive pulley, the friction between the pulley and the belt causes the belt to move. The idler rolls support the belt and keep it in the correct position as it moves. The material is then transported along the length of the belt until it reaches the unloading point, where it is discharged using the unloading device.
Materials of construction	1,Driving Motor: The drive system comprises a drive frame, an electric motor, a high-speed clutch, a gearbox, and a deceleration clutch. 2,Pulley: The pulley shell is constructed from high-precision straight seam welded steel pipe, and the pulley spindle is forged from 45 # steel. 3,Idler: High-precision steel tube idlers with reduced rotational resistance. Manufactured using automated roller production equipment for extended service life (exceeding 50,000 hours). 4,Cleaning part: Spring cleaner and empty section cleaner. 5,Unloading part: Stationary plow unloader and electric unloader. 6,Brake part: Belt and roller brake. 7,Accessories: Cover, guide chute, funnel, etc.
