Product Description

Head Drive Pulley - The pulley moves the conveyor belt. Traction is transmitted via a geared motor, to which it is connected via a special transmission mechanism. This motor causes the pulley to rotate, which sets the belt in motion.

Non-driven pulleys - Pulleys are not driven by the conveyor motor. They are necessary for adjusting tension and maintaining the direction of conveyor belt movement.

Non-driven pulleys ensure stable conveyor belt movement and maintain optimal tension.
 

Conveyor Snub Pulley - A pulley used to change the direction of a conveyor belt.

Wing pulley - Generally designed for use in the dirtiest, most abrasive, and dirty portion of a conveyor system. Its self-cleaning action is necessary to eliminate material buildup between the pulley and the belt, which can prevent belt misalignment and wear.
